Rosehill Farm is located on 16 beautiful acres outside of Houston, TX.
Our facility includes an 8-stall barn with two foaling stalls
and 120x60 grass paddock attached to the barn.
We have 6 extra large pastures and a heart shaped pond
that offers plenty of shade and room to run and grow.
Our story started with breeding Andalusians and Lusitanos in 2013 and after many successful foals, our farm transitioned into ponies and sport horses. The RH team lives on site, feeds and cleans stalls themselves, and personally oversees the care of each horse on the property. We take pride in knowing, from start to finish, each foal is carefully looked after and started with a solid foundation for future success.
STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS
We have poured over hours of research, consulted with top professionals and used our past experience to create a small breeding program with highly compatible mares and stallions. Our mares will retire at our farm after their breeding careers and we see to it that each foal is on to a fulfilling life and career. Because of this, we aim to keep our young-stock at one or two foals per year.
We work with the team at Waller Equine and Texas A&M Large Animal Hospital for routine care and breeding. Our history with Waller Equine is going on 14 years of teamwork.
